The meeting will be in room 28, indications on how to reach it at the EICS registration desk. The meeting is open to observers as well. As previous years it will be a short meeting. The plan is to discuss:

• The mission of the working group;
• The proposal for a journal special issue on engineering HCI;
• Location for the next long meeting;
• Membership
